The Kansas Paralegal Association is hosting a CLE Lunch-N-Learn through Zoom on Wednesday, September 11, 2024, from 12:00pm to 1:00pm CST.


TOPIC OVERVIEW: Our guest speaker, Peggy Wilson, Attorney with Morrow Willnauer Church, LLC will be presenting on the topic: Ethics Related to Employment Law & Conflicts.


LEARNING OBJECTIVES/OVERVIEW: 

This presentation will cover the ethical rules related to potential conflicts representing employers, employees, organizations, and changing firms.


SPEAKER BIO: 

Peggy Wilson has over twenty (20) years of experience as an attorney working in commercial and general civil litigation with an emphasis in employment, legal malpractice defense, attorney discipline, and personal injury law.  She has represented clients in multiple jurisdictions including U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas, the Western District of Missouri, Eastern District of Missouri, as well as state courts and state agencies.
