TOPIC OVERVIEW: Our guest speakers, David Harger with Wise & Reber, L.C., will speaking of the role of forensic psychology in criminal cases.

David N. Harger is a member of the McPherson firm of Wise & Reber, L.C. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Business Administration in 1991 and his law degree in 1994, both from the University of Kansas. David recently served on the Supreme Court’s Pretrial Justice Task Force and is the current chair of the Criminal Law Section of the KBA. His trial practice is primarily concentrated in criminal defense, commercial and financial litigation.
