The Kansas Paralegal Association is hosting a CLE webinar through Zoom on Tuesday, August 11, 2020 from 12pm to 1pm entitled "Tips & Tricks: Representing a Party in an Unemployment Hearing"
TOPIC OVERVIEW: Our guest speaker, Gaye Tibbets with Hite, Fanning & Honeyman, LLP, will provide attendees an overview and best practices when representing clients in unemployment hearings/appeals before the Kansas Department of Labor.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
SPEAKER BIO: Gaye Tibbets is a partner in the firm of Hite, Fanning & Honeyman, LLP and enjoys trying civil cases, as well as advising and representing employers and employees in employment law matters. She has tried more than 40 cases to verdict in state and federal courts and also has nearly 30 years experience in representing parties in administrative proceedings and has represented both employees and employers in commercial arbitration.
