TLP/KPA Mixer

The Topeka Legal Professionals has invited us to a social mixer on Friday, August 11th, from 5:30-7:00pm at Glacier's Edge Winery in Wakarusa.  

The cost is $5.00 per person to do a tasting, which will be paid by the individual at the winery.  We have not booked a room but we are told there is plenty of room both inside and outside to sit and enjoy.  A tasting includes anything they have available to taste at the time.  So for instance, they currently have 7 wines plus a wine slush that could be tasted.  They could have more or less that weekend it all just depends.  After tasting, it is $5.00 per glass of whatever wines you would like.  Bottles range from $15-20.00. While we are not allowed to bring in any other alcoholic beverages, we are allowed to bring in any food we desire.  Once we have an estimate of who's coming we can decide on what we can bring.  Possibly meat and cheese trays or fruit.  Maybe sandwiches.
