Our speaker this month is Kristen Christensen with the Johnson County Court Services. Kristen holds a Master’s Degree in Family Life and Community Services from Kansas State University. After working for several years in Manhattan in the field of social services, she moved back to the community she grew up in and started her career at Johnson County Court Services with the Youth Court program in 2004. She currently supervises Project SKIP, Johnson County Youth Court, and the Notice and Agreement to Appear intake staff and truancy and offender case managers at the Juvenile Intake and Assessment Center.
She will discuss Youth Court and Project SKIP.
