The Kansas Paralegal Association and Missouri Paralegal Association will be co-hosting the National Federation of Paralegal Associations (NFPA) Spring 2020 Region II meeting on Saturday, March 21, 2020 at the law offices of Sandberg Phoenix & von Gontard, in the heart of downtown Kansas City (4600 Madison Ave., Ste. 1000, Kansas City, MO). Free parking is available.
The NFPA Spring Region meeting is an all-day event and the full agenda/schedule will be announced later. We invite members from all our NFPA Region II member associations (Baton Rouge Paralegal Association, Dallas Area Paralegal Association, Illinois Paralegal Association, Kansas Paralegal Association, Minnesota Paralegal Association, Missouri Paralegal Association, New Orleans Paralegal Association, Paralegal Association of Wisconsin, and Rocky Mountain Paralegal Association) to join in for this fun-filled day. This is a great opportunity to meet and network with our neighboring paralegals. Please join our Region's local and national leaders at this great event.
The day will kick off with breakfast at 8:30am and several break out sessions will take place throughout the day. Please note, there may be times where general members will have to leave the room for executive session, but all are welcome.
A catered lunch will also be provided, during which attendees will enjoy hearing a CLE presentation titled: "Estate Planning 101" from shareholder Jason Salinardi, of Sandberg Phoenix & von Gontard, in which he will cover the typical planning and key documents in an estate plan, as well as Qualified Retirement Plans.
Several break-out sessions and social events will also be planned, so stay tuned for more info! For attendees who will arrive in Kansas City on Friday evening, please consider joining us for a social event.
There is a nominal registration fee of $20 which will cover breakfast, beverages, snacks, and lunch. Separate social event expenses to be covered on your own. Registration is limited, so register today.
